Fare & Pricing Policies
Your fare covers the complete luxury experience: luxurious cabin accommodation, all meals and catering on board, house brands of wines, beer and spirits, butler service, guided sightseeing tours with entrance fees and still camera fees, off-train excursions, and porterage at stations.
The fare does not cover gratuities to staff, laundry services, telephone calls, premium alcoholic beverages, video/camera fees at monuments, arrival/departure transfers, pre- and post-tour accommodation, or any items of a purely personal nature.

Booking & Payment Policy
You may pay the entire amount in one go or pay a booking amount of 25% of the tour cost at least 90 days or more prior to the departure date. The balance payment must be made by 60 days prior to departure.
The remaining balance must be paid by 60 days prior to the departure date. If a booking is made 59 days or less prior to departure, full 100% payment is required at the time of booking.
All major debit and credit cards are accepted, as well as secure bank transfers. All relevant bank charges and the prevailing exchange rate on the date of transaction must be borne by the guest. All payments should be made in the name of White Pigeon Holidays.
Names and passport details are required at the time of booking. Name change is allowed up to 60 days prior to departure (subject to availability and full payment). Only one change (either name or date) is permitted, not both. Name or date change is allowed only after submission of passport copy and full payment before 60 days prior to departure.
